Fixed Price Website Options
Some people like to know up front exactly what they will be paying when seeking a product or service and website design is no different. I have looked around and I do not care for the hidden charges that so many other designers have. I believe that you deserve to know up front what the basic sites will cost, and any other options you see fit to add on. For this reason I have decided to offer the following specified website packages at a guaranteed, fixed price. Provided that your website specification is within one of these categories that is the maximum price you will pay, unless you decide to select some of our available options if you so desire.
The cost of hosting and domain name services are not included in the above fees but I am ready to take care of them for you. This means there is no hassle involved for you. We can also include these if required but there will be a supplement of $35 to $125 per year. I do, on all packages, give you your first year of your domain name (ie:www.you.com) included if you do not already have one set up. Design prices are a one-time charge, with no monthly fees.
All websites require hosting. If you do not already have a web hosting account, please consider hosting with me.
PACKAGE 1: Single Page Website (Basic) $249
If you just require a single page website with perhaps the intention of expanding this in the future I will design this for you for $249. It includes a few images and standard text content, which should preferably not exceed 1500 words.
PACKAGE 2: Four to Six Page Website (Standard) - $550
This is the cost of a small online brochure website that would be suitable for most small companies. Each page will typically consist of up to 1000 words and have up to five images and standard text content.
PACKAGE 3: Seven to Nine Page Website (Pro) - $850
This is the cost of a larger online brochure website that would be suitable for companies that want to provide more information about their products and services. Each page will consist of up to 1000 words and have up to eight images and standard text content.
PACKAGE 4: Ten to 12 Page Website - (Premier) $1200
This is the cost of a larger online brochure website that would be suitable for companies that want to provide even more information about their products and services. Each page will once again consist of typically 1000 words and have up to 25 images and standard text content.

Add a flash or dynamic header to liven your site up - $150
Store or dealer locator (Google maps) - $80
Multimedia Videos – $45 per video (converting video for use on the web will be charged at $50.00 an hour)
Design Procedures:
I accept a 1/2 deposit to begin work, with the balance of payment due on completion. The deposit can be paid by check, money order or online via PayPal.
Once your website is completed and you approve the design work, you will receive a final bill, for the remaining balance. Your site will not be uploaded to your domain until all final billing invoices have been paid.
All website design packages include:
A custom website theme. I design from scratch...not templates
Your Company logos, graphics, images, photographs, etc (unless design is needed)
Submission to search engines.
Basic search engine optimization.
Website maintenance and additional promotion is $35.00 per hour, at 15 min increments, accumulated and billed at the end of the month, and due upon receipt.
